1. Publisher

The mobile game Football Academy Management ("the Game") is published under the name "Nootuks Games". Contact details: see the legal notice. Contact: https://nootuks-games.com/fr/contact-us/.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the Game. By downloading, installing or using the Game, you accept them without reservation. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

The Game is also subject to the terms of the app store through which you obtained it (Apple's App Store or Google Play), including, for the App Store, Apple's standard end-user license agreement.

3. License of use

The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Game, strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The game Football Academy Management, its code, texts, dialogue, game mechanics and database are the property of Nootuks Games and are protected by copyright.

The game's original artwork, namely the logo, the badges and the characters Sadouille and Nisshin, was created by the artist Luminalee. Copyright © 2026 Luminalee. All rights reserved. It is used by Nootuks Games with the author's permission and is not open source.

Under Article L122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, made without the consent of the author or of their successors in title is unlawful. The same applies to translation, adaptation or transformation, arrangement or reproduction by any art or process whatsoever.

Third-party software libraries used by the game remain subject to their own licences, which can be viewed in-game under Settings, "About", then "Open-source licenses".

5. In-app purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases. These purchases are sold and processed by the app store (Apple or Google), which acts as the seller. The Game contains no loot boxes or paid randomized content. Any refund request is governed by the terms of the relevant store.

6. No account and local data

The Game requires no account. Your progress is saved locally on your device; uninstalling the Game deletes it. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use unauthorized cheating tools, not to attempt to bypass the Game's mechanisms, not to decompile it or disrupt its operation.

8. Availability and changes

The Game is provided "as is". The publisher may update it, modify it or discontinue its distribution at any time. Continuity of service is not guaranteed.

9. Liability

Within the limits permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude the mandatory protections you enjoy as a consumer.

10. External links

The Game may link to third-party sites. The publisher has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content.

11. Complaints

For any complaint, you may contact the publisher via the contact page. Complaints relating to a purchase are handled by the app store that made the sale.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions provided by law.

13. Changes

The publisher may modify these terms. The applicable version is the one in force at the time you use the Game; the date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
