This policy describes how your data is processed in connection with the mobile game Football Academy Management (hereinafter "the Game"), published under the name Nootuks Games.
1. Data controller

2. Principle: a game that collects the bare minimum
The Game works offline. It requires no account or registration, and does not rely on any server operated by the publisher. Your progress stays on your device. The publisher does not collect, store or receive any personal data about you, subject to the technical points described below.
3. Data concerned
3.1 Game data (saves)
Your progress (academy, players, finances, settings, etc.) is saved locally on your device through the app's storage. This data is never transmitted to the publisher or to any third party. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
3.2 App updates
The Game uses the remote update service EAS Update (Expo) to receive fixes without going through a new version on the app store. On that occasion, the app contacts Expo's servers and transmits technical data: app version, platform (iOS/Android), update identifier and IP address. This data is used solely to deliver the appropriate update. Provider: Expo (United States) — see Expo's privacy policy.
3.3 In-app purchases
If you make a purchase in the Game, the transaction is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The publisher neither receives nor keeps your payment data (card number, etc.). Only a purchase confirmation, managed by the store, unlocks the relevant content. See Apple's and Google's policies.
3.4 External links
The Game may contain links to external sites (official website, forms, social media). As soon as you leave the Game, the privacy policies of those sites apply; the publisher is not responsible for their practices.
4. What the Game does not do
No user account, no authentication.
No collection of your contacts, your location, your photos or any other personal content.
No resale or sharing of data for commercial purposes.
5. Recipients
The only third parties likely to process technical data in the context described above are: Expo (updates), Apple and Google (distribution and purchases). The publisher does not transmit any data to other recipients.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
The EAS Update service is provided by Expo, a company established in the United States. The technical data mentioned in point 3.2 may therefore be processed outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by this provider.
7. Retention periods
Local saves are kept on your device until you delete them yourself. Technical update data is kept by Expo according to its own policy. As the publisher does not keep any personal data on its own servers, no retention period applies on its side.
8. Children
The Game is intended for an audience aged 13 and over. It is not intended for children under 13, and the publisher does not knowingly collect data concerning them.
9. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Insofar as the publisher holds no personal data about you on its servers, most of these rights are exercised directly on your device (for example by deleting the Game's data). 10. Security
As your game data is stored locally, its security depends on that of your device. We recommend protecting it with a passcode or biometric lock.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated, in particular if new features are added (for example advertising). The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
